Yangon, the old capital, is bustling and full of buses. The government moved the Nay Pyi Taw (NPT)and has been working on creating an infrastructure there that will help alleviate the congestion of Yangon. Their goal was to start creating a city that would attract the government and business officials, and as it would focus on commerce, business and urban affairs, the city would also have less of the transit bustle of Yangon. I’m unsure about their plan, but the Internet system of Yangon is weak on comparison to NPT.
